	Raginnis Barn is a 4 star rated spacious sunny barn conversion above the picture book fishing village of Mousehole in West Cornwall. It can sleep up to ten guests. Views from the house stretch across Mounts Bay to The Lizard. Shops, award-winning restaurants and public houses are all within easy walking distance and the surrounding countryside is criss-crossed with a wide variety of footpaths to fields, cliffs and coves. The busy town of Penzance is only 3 miles to the east and Lands End is 6 miles away to the west. Several beaches are within easy reach including Sennen Cove, famous for its surfing. The beach harbour at Mousehole is perfect at low tide for rock pooling and shell collecting. Raginnis Barn is an ideal base for sailing, fishing, walking and surfing holidays, all of which can be found nearby.
The accommodation, mostly on one level, consists of a master twin/double room with en-suite bathroom, a twin room, and a family room with a twin/double bed and 2 bunk beds. There is also an eaves bedroom that can sleep two children or adults (at a squeeze!). There are two further bathrooms. There is a very spacious living / dining area, with a fully-appointed kitchen (including washing machine, freezer, tumble dryer and dishwasher) leading off it. A mezzanine deck looks out over glorious sea views across Mounts Bay to The Lizard, incorporating views of St Michael's Mount and the beaches of Mounts Bay, Praa Sands, Perranuthnoe and Porthleven. Sheets and duvets are provided, and there is a payphone, freezer, TV, video and DVD player. A wireless internet network operates throughout the house.
	Approximate distances are Lands End 6 miles, Hayle 10 miles, St Ives 10 miles, Falmouth 20 miles, Truro 25 miles and Newquay 30 miles. Maximum occupation is 6, although this can be extended to 8 with specific permission from the owners. Please include this request with your enquiry. Visitors must note that Raginnis Barn is situated on the edge of a residential area, where the possibilities of noise and partying will not be welcome. We do not accept hen or stag parties or groups under the age of 21. Please be aware that smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house.
